Founder & CEO
Mark is based at the company’s headquarters in Marin County, California. Prior to NitroWFM, Mark co-founded and led several HR SaaS companies (HRMS, Onboarding, LMS) including the pioneering VMS platform, WorkforceLogic. Mark began his career in technology and was a CIO in the Fortune 500.
Chris Beaty
CRO
Chris Beaty is responsible for leading sales, partnerships, and business development for the company. Prior to NitroWFM, he led sales, business development, and corporate strategy for several HR/Payroll, medical technology, & AI companies.
David Lee
COO
David is responsible for leading the finance, customer relations, and enterprise operating functions of the company. Prior to NitroWFM, he was CEO of Praos Health after serving as CRO in the HR, staffing, and pharma markets. David was employee #1 of the pioneering VMS platform, WorkforceLogic.
Nicholas Osbourne
VP Product Development
Nicholas is responsible for NitroVMS product design and development. Prior to NitroWFM, he led diverse development teams from SaaS Startups to the Fortune 500 and was co-founder of the pioneering VMS platform, WorkforceLogic.
